The Director/s must sign INSIDE the blocks on the left-hand side.
Director signatures must not be outside the blocks at all.
If the signature does not fit the first time, try making a smaller signature.
If signing the form twice, both signatures must look the same (not identical).
The date of signing must be inserted INSIDE the right-hand blocks.
The date must not be outside the blocks at all.
The date Format must be:
DD/MM/YYYY
